1) SCHEDULE: Send to a friend

You can make a friend happy by sending him a link with a product

that you think he would love. At his first acquisition on our site will benefit from

a discount of -10% no matter what you buy or the value of the cart.

2) Loyalty points for each purchased product

You will benefit from price reductions by accumulating points depending on the value of the purchases you make,

with which you can pay for your future orders. We have designed a program to motivate you to stay with us and

you feel rewarded for the decisions you make.

Value of points

- 5% of the order value in loyalty points - automatically 

- In order to use the points for the next order, its value must be at least 500 lei

You can always view the number of loyalty points in your client account (in the upper right corner of the main page).

Other useful information about loyalty points?

• The validity of loyalty points related to an order is 6 months from the moment of order processing;

  They will be valid after 20 calendar days from the date of dispatch of the order;

• If you cancel an order in which you used loyalty points, they will be returned to your account;

• Loyalty points used to obtain a discount from the value of an order are considered consumed when you pay the invoice related to it, during their validity period;

• If you cancel an order, the points you were going to receive based on it will also be cancelled;

• Loyalty points may only be awarded to persons who have a valid customer account on our website;

• Loyalty points cannot be transferred from one client account to another or converted into money
